Europe
based trainer Craig Burton hails from sunny Perth,
Western Australia.
Craig
has dedicated over 10 years of his life to the study
and practical aspects of physical training, nutrition,
and the mind.
His
passion and vision for people has led him to combine
these 3 dimensions of health and fitness into our
unique and acclaimed One Synergy approach.
Craig
felt it was vital to write the 21 Day Roadmap to Health
as a way of delivering the best in health and fitness
today to a wider audience there are only so
many people one can train face to face, while everyone
deserves excellence.
He
believes that the 21 Roadmap to Health fulfils this
vision - delivering exceptional hands on knowledge
in an easy to use format while remaining absolutely
uncompromising with regard to the 3 dimensional One
Synergy approach that has earned the plaudits
of those he has trained.
